Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — General Rule

Firemind is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. Once access to the service has been granted, the digital product is considered delivered. In line with standard SaaS industry practice and applicable EU digital content regulations, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription fees already charged.

2. No Refund in These Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Cancellation mid-billing period — the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • No longer wanting to use the service — change of mind does not constitute a valid refund reason.
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal — it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
  • Not actively using the service — access, not usage, constitutes delivery of the digital product.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be granted if you can demonstrate one of the following:

  • Technical failure on our side — the service was provably unavailable or non-functional for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Double charge — you were billed more than once for the same billing period.
  • Incorrect billing amount — you were charged an amount different from what was stated at purchase.
  • Service outage — Firemind was inaccessible for an extended period due to our infrastructure, with no workaround available.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at patryk@myfiremind.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A description of the issue with any supporting evidence

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Free Trial & Free Tier

If you are using Firemind on a free plan, no charges apply and therefore no refunds are applicable. Free trials are provided as-is with no obligation on either side.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We are always willing to resolve issues directly and fairly.

7. Legal Basis (EU Customers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By starting your subscription and accessing the service, you confirm this consent.
