Firemind is a personal productivity application that uses AI to help users manage their calendar, tasks, and daily schedule. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar.
You must create an account to use Firemind. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Firemind to read and write calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings. Firemind's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Firemind uses AI to generate schedules, suggestions, and responses. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI suggestions.
Firemind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed appointments, scheduling errors, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
