Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Firemind collects the following information when you use our service:

• Email address and name (via Google Sign-In)
• Google Calendar data (events, titles, times) — only when you explicitly connect your calendar
• Tasks, reminders, and notes you create within Firemind
• Your timezone and country (for correct scheduling)
• Messages you send to the Firemind AI assistant

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Firemind service
• To sync and manage your calendar events on your behalf
• To generate AI-powered daily plans and reminders
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data to train AI models

3. Google Calendar Access

Firemind uses Google Calendar API to read and write calendar events on your behalf. This access is only activated when you explicitly connect your Google account in Settings. We request the minimum necessary permissions (calendar scope) to provide our service. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data including calendar connections, tasks, messages, and reminders is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your messages to generate responses. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar API — used to sync events. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database and authentication provider.
• Vercel — hosting provider.
